ADMINISTRATORS

Administrator Roles:
User Account Administrators can add, modify or deactivate user accounts and trigger password resets.
General System Administrators have additional capability to manage system configuration including module availability, and the work unit hierarchy.
The Primary Account Administrator has full administrator capability and additionally serves as the point of contact for billing and approval of support and service requests received by the vendor.
Note: Administrators are not automatically configured as licensed end users. If they require an end user account they must be added separately under the User Management tab.
